VIETNAM VISA INFORMATION

Vietnam offers flexible entry options including visa exemption, e-visa, and visa on arrival, depending on nationality and travel purpose. Below is a concise overview to support itinerary planning and guest advisory:

1. Visa Exemption (Tourism | Regular Passports) I Effective August 2025
* 90 days: Chile, Panama
* 45 days: Most EU countries, UK, Switzerland, Russia, Japan, South Korea, Nordic countries
* 30 days: ASEAN countries, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Mongolia, Belarus
* 21 days: Philippines
* 14 days: Brunei, Myanmar
🔎 Visa exemption applies to tourism only and is subject to regulations.

2. Vietnam E-Visa I Available to all nationalities since 15 August 2023
- Valid up to 90 days
- Single or multiple entry
- Suitable for tourism, business, and permitted purposes
Passport validity: minimum 6 months, 2 blank pages
Processing Time: Takes around three working days; however, timelines may vary during peak periods or public holidays. We recommend applying well in advance of travel.

3. Vietnam Visa on Arrival (VOA) I Available to selected nationalities and subject to change. Travelers are advised to confirm eligibility prior to travel.
Process:
- Submit traveler passport details.
- Application is filed with the Vietnam Immigration Department.
- An official VOA Approval Letter is issued upon approval.
Travelers present the Approval Letter upon arrival in Vietnam to receive the visa at the airport. Key Notes:
- Passport must be valid for at least 6 months from entry date.
- Arrival date must be specified; entry is allowed on or after the approved date (not earlier).
- Cash payment (USD) is required for stamping fees.
- Visa fees are non-refundable once processed.
